You Just Need a Coach

Not another framework. Not more content to work through alone. A real person in your corner, asking the right questions, drawing things out, and keeping you moving.

You don’t need more information.
You need a next right step.

A Clarity Session is 45 minutes. You bring what’s stuck. We find the clarity, name the next step, and you leave with something to do.

What Is Calling Clarity Coaching?

Integration of Faith and Calling

Calling Clarity Coaching weaves your faith directly into the coaching process — not as a backdrop, but as the foundation. Every goal, decision, and next step is filtered through who God says you are and what He’s called you to build.

Spiritual Grounding and Support

Rooted in biblical truth, this coaching process gives you more than motivation — it gives you a framework. Through scripture, reflection, and Spirit-led conversation, you’ll find the footing you need to move with confidence.

Clarity, Purpose, and Forward Motion

You were made for something specific. Calling Clarity Coaching helps you name it, align to it, and pursue it without the second-guessing. Strengths get identified. Obstacles get addressed. You leave sessions knowing your next step.

How can Calling Clarity Coaching help you?

Whether you’re an entrepreneur who knows your vision but can’t find your footing, or someone still discerning what God is calling you toward, this is for you. We work through the places where calling, strategy, and faith intersect: decision fatigue, misaligned direction, stalled momentum, and the quiet fear that you’ve missed it. You haven’t.

A coach is not a course.

“I don’t teach you what to think. I’m in the room with you while you figure it out.”

Most entrepreneurs don’t need more information. They need someone who listens well enough to hear what they’re not saying, and asks the question that moves them.

That’s what 25+ years in ministry, discipleship, and business ownership trained me to do. I coach from that place, not from a formula, but from the faithfulness of a God who finishes what He starts.

Listens
Before offering any direction, I hear what you’re actually carrying.

Draws out
The answer is usually already in you. My job is to ask the question that brings it forward.

Guides
With honest, scripture-grounded direction that fits where you are right now, not a formula applied from the outside.

Champions
I believe in what God put in your heart, even on the days you’re not sure you do.

Keeps moving
Accountability without shame. I hold the thread between sessions so momentum doesn’t die between calls.

Questions People Ask

How do I know which option is right for me: 1, 4, or 12 sessions?

Start with where you are. If you have one specific thing you’re stuck on and need clarity now, one session is the right entry point. If you’re ready to build real momentum over a few weeks, four sessions gives us enough time to move through something substantial. If you know this is a season of deep work, calling, direction, structure, twelve sessions is the long game. Still not sure? Book a free 20-minute call and we’ll figure it out together.

What actually happens in a session?
We start where you are. I listen before I offer anything, and I ask questions before I give direction. Most sessions move around one central thing, a decision, a block, a direction that hasn’t fully clarified yet. You leave with a concrete next step, not just a good conversation.
Do you coach in person or virtually?
Virtually, via video or phone. If you’re local to Southern California, in-person sessions can be arranged.
Is this only for entrepreneurs?
Primarily, yes, I work with Christians who are building something, whether that’s a business, a ministry, or an organization. If you’re employed but sensing a calling you haven’t acted on yet, that’s a welcome starting place too.
What makes this different from a course or program?
A course delivers content. A coach shows up for you specifically. I’m not teaching a curriculum, I’m in the room with you, asking the question that moves you, and staying in it until you’re moving. That’s the difference.

Not sure where to start?

We’ll figure it out together.
