What I Actually Use and Why It Aligns With My Values

Wellness & Stewardship

There’s a lot of noise out there. Buy this. Try that. Add more. Do more. Keep up. But I’ve learned that purpose-aligned living is often about using less, not more—just using the right things. So I wanted to share a few of the things I actually use in my daily life and why I trust them. These aren’t random recommendations. These are choices that support my values—simplicity, stewardship, and faithfulness.

For My Health:

  • Daily Essentials from The Wellness Company These include my supplements, cleaning products, and personal care basics. They’re clean, effective, and give me peace of mind in a world full of questionable ingredients. → If you’re curious, message me—I can walk you through what I use.

For My Business:

  • My Scheduling App – Keeps coaching sessions organized and gives me margin.
  • My Project Planning Tool – Helps me focus without overwhelm (aka the fog-fighter).
  • A Simple Phone Routine – I use Focus mode daily for deep work (no distractions allowed).

For My Soul + Sanity:

  • Favorite Devotional – I keep it nearby for when my heart needs a reset.
  • A Good Water Bottle – Because hydration is holy.
  • Sabbath Prep List – Yep, I plan my rest too. It’s how I protect my “no.”
You don’t need to copy my list. But maybe there’s something here that will help you align a little more with the life you’re praying to build. If anything I mentioned caught your attention, send me a quick message. I’ll let you know exactly what I use—and why it might be helpful for you too. You deserve to feel well, live well, and lead well. + Alicia
