Stewardship is one of those churchy words that we usually attach to tithing or talent.
But what about the things we do every day—the way we eat, rest, move, clean, or even manage our stress?
For me, wellness has become more than just “self-care.”
It’s sacred stewardship.
I want to be fully present for what God’s called me to. That means I need my mind clear, my energy steady, and my home environment working with me—not against me.
That’s why I’ve simplified my wellness routine. I’m not chasing trends—I’m choosing what’s aligned.
Here’s what I focus on most days:
- Supplements I trust to fill in the nutritional gaps and support my immune system
- Swapping out harmful products in my home for safer, clean alternatives
- Daily movement + hydration (nothing fancy—just faithful!)
- Quiet time with God before I scroll (because spiritual health is foundational)
And yes, I use products from a wellness company I trust because they help me live this out consistently. But I don’t talk about it because I’m “in sales”—I talk about it because it’s made a real difference. And I believe when something blesses you, it’s worth sharing.
